I talked about the teams that failed my expectations. Let me be optimistic now and rate those who performed better than I expected

1. South Korea. These guys were playing so easy against weak-willed Greece – I am not sure whether this was their virtue or problem of the rivals but I was impressed, really. They may deserve at least the 2nd ticket (after Argentina) to play-offs.

2. Switzerland. This is the team to disappoint one of the favourites – Spain. Their performance may have not been very beautiful, but who is to blame for playing that way against the brilliant Spanish team?

3. North Korea. Everyone expecting an epic fail of North Korea team’s first match against Brazil, the former proved to be a tough one to crack. Try to concede zero goals against the pentacampeons after 58 minutes and you’ll be in my list of the best teams I would absolutely adore N.Korea should they score one of the chances they had – to draw against Brazil. This would be absolute happiness!

4. Germany. The machine has done its job. 4 goals don’t come just running, so thumbs up for this squad. Looking forward for more.

5. USA. I guess, it was a big deal for the US team to stand firm against the English rivals. The English did not do their best and could as well lose the game. But the draw was a fair result – deserved by both the teams.
